Showroom

Make yourself at home
The IKEA store is a huge home furnishing exhibition. Stretch out on a bed, see how many people you can fit on a sofa, or let your children choose furniture for their rooms. Our room settings are built entirely from IKEA products, and will give you inspired ideas for furnishing, lighting and decorating your home.

Talk to our sales staff
Every area in the showroom has a sales desk where a specialist can answer your questions or offer you home furnishing advice. And if you’re thinking about furnishing a whole room, or even your entire house, you can make an appointment with one of our home furnishing consultants.

Market hall

The market hall is just what it sounds like: many different speciality shops gathered together. You’ll find everything from rugs to quilt covers to picture frames and clocks. You’ll also see all kinds of home lighting, everything you need for your kitchen, and countless unique gifts you can give to others – or keep for yourself.

Understanding the price tag

As you take a walk in the showroom, take a look at our price tags. Jot down the name, rack number, section number and article number of the Self-Serve red-tag items. You will need them to pick up the items at the Self-Serve Area. On the price tags, you will also find lots of other details – colours, sizes, materials, care instructions etc.

Resting your feet

Before you proceed down to the Market Hall and Self-Serve Area, take a well-deserved break at our Restaurant. Have a meal or snack, or just relax with a cup of coffee, tea or a soft drink. Kids' meals are also available so the whole family can have a meal together - at low prices!

Self-Serve Area

On your way to the check-out, you'll pass through the Self-Serve Area. This is where you pick up the flat-packed furnishing items you saw earlier in the showroom. Picking up your purchases is an important part of the IKEA’s approach to customer involvement. Specifically, if you can do simple things like pick up your purchases and assemble them at home, we'll keep prices low. Do we have a deal? Of course, there is always someone available to give you a hand if you need it.

Flat is good
Another way we keep prices so low is by packing and shipping items in flat packages. This also makes it easy to get items from the IKEA store to your house.

Trolleys for everyone
There are plenty of carts available to help you bring your purchases to your car. Or you can bring your car to your purchases by pulling up to our customer loading dock.

Our price tag says it all. Look for the rack number. Look for the section number and product name. Check that the article number is correct and pick up item.

As-Is

At IKEA, we try to save as much as we can, so that we help you save too.

Here is the section where items, which are not of the original condition/quality, such as display pieces or returned items, could be purchased at lower prices. Original prices and explanations of the conditions are available on each item.

Time to check out

Our cashiers accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and IKEA gift vouchers.

Most of our items are flat-packed for self-carry to help you save on your delivery costs. Should you require assistance getting your purchases home and assembled, you can proceed to delivery counter for home delivery and assembly services.

Merchandise Pick-up Counter

Selected items need to be picked up in Merchandise Pick-Up Counter after you have paid for your purchases at the Check Out counter. Just hand the Sales Order to the counter staff.
