1. How do I get to the IKEA store?
The IKEA Damansara store is located at No.2 Jalan PJU 7/2, Mutiara Damansara, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

2. What are your opening hours?
We are open daily from 9.30am - 10pm on Mondays to Thursdays. On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays eve of & on public holidays, we are open 9.30am - 11pm.

3. Can someone help me plan and design rooms?
Our store offers home furnishing services if you wish to furnish an entire room or home. We also offer a kitchen planning service in-store and an interactive kitchen planner programme (downloadable here from our website) to help you come up with the perfect kitchen. 4. How much are delivery and assembly charges?
One delivery trip to anywhere in the Klang Valley costs RM65. For assembly services, basic assembly will cost you 5% of the retail price of the item that needs assembly.

5. What are the terms and conditions for returning items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, bring it back unassembled with the original packaging and your receipt within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on cut fabric & blinds, goods damaged after leaving the IKEA store except due to manufacturing defaults, items on sale, products from the AS-IS corner, bed linen, and items made to your specific requirements such as kitchens.

6. Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown in the catalogue and the showroom, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, we can estimate when a product should be back in stock. Because IKEA products are manufactured throughout the world, there are sometimes circumstances which can cause delivery delays.

The IKEA catalogue is distributed to most homes in the Klang Valley annually. If you did not receive this year's catalogue, stop by the IKEA store for a free copy.

3. When is the IKEA catalogue distributed?
The annual catalogue is distributed in September every year and prices are valid for a full year. Prices are guaranteed not to increase while the catalogue is valid.
In it, you'll discover our furnishings, accessories and room settings along with detailed information on materials, colours, sizes, product care and prices. That way you can plan your next visit to the IKEA store all from the comfort of your own home!

1. What settings or software do I need to view the IKEA Malaysia website?
The IKEA site works with all commonly used browsers, on both PC and Mac platforms. For optimal viewing, we recommend at least Netscape Navigator 4.0 or Internet Explorer 4.0 , and a screen resolution of at least 600x480 pixels. To view certain content, you will also need the Macromedia Flash 4 plug-in.

This site features hundreds of IKEA products as a way of demonstrating the width and depth of our product range. However, this is only a small portion of IKEA’s complete product range. Do visit our store today to look at our full selection.
